MISSION STATEMENT (as of 12/01, this statement may be changed by the new leadership): To equip the Saints to witness and reach out for the lost outside of the local church. This equipping involves classroom training and actual participation in community outreaches to shelters, hospitals, nursing homes and detention facilities.

1. Short Term Goals:
   1. Publish a Newsletter
   2. Train a core group of outreach members to be able to carry on the various outreaches in the absence of the outreach leader
   3. Develop an outreach music/praise ministry
   4. Evangelize the Internet
   5. Have an ‘Outreach Administrator’
   6. Evangelize the immediate community around the church (coordinate with the Church-Wide Ministry Initiatives)
   7. Participate in summer ‘tent revivals’ and street ministry
2. Long Term Goals:
   1. Establish a ‘virtual church’ website on the Internet with audio and video clips
   2. Assist the Pastor in using a church van to feed the homeless
   3. Assist the Pastor in establishing a drug treatment program
   4. Print our own tracts
   5. Write and publish a ‘How To Be a Witness’ manual
